Sure do! Partner is sympathetic. Prozac doesn't help because it hides the libido away in a dark cupboard. On the other hand it lifts the tragic mood and makes sex possible.
Treating the depression with therapy and slowly diminishing prozac doses has worked nicely. Not working quite so hard would also help.
By the way: depression does not necessarily decrease masturbation, because masturbation is known to be a way in which depressed people seek some kind of positive feeling amidst the darkness.

Actually SSRI antidepressants do not have an effect on libido but they can make orgasm difficult to achieve which in turn makes people give up trying as, if this is not expalined to them, people assume the lack of ability to orgasm is their own psychological issue.
Some SSRI's are worse on this side effect than others so it is good idea to research them if your Dr feels you need them. A lack of libido is also a depression symptom so it may be if you have it that your treatment is not working out. It can depend on the cause of your depression too, if you had been sexually assaulted it would be understandable to loose libido.
Libido is sexually energy, the desire to want to have a healthy sex life, think about sex and get aroused. Not being able to orgasm is a bit different, a man who has problems with orgasm would have to have sex or masterbate to discover the problem. A man with no libido would not think about sex or even achieve an erection so they are not the same thing.

Men with depression who take Prozac or drugs similar to that, will notice a change in their libido. Their sex drive will diminish after prolonged usage (generally a one month prescription-30 tablets).
I've taken it, and have suffered the consequences.
A good porn film couldn't get my mojo rising.
Bottom line - If the man has something on his mind, besides you, it will affect the sexuality.
