I reckon *some* blind men are very flirty in just the way some non-impaired-sight men flirt like crazy - it's just part of a personality! (Being blind does not automatically make someone a helpless martyr.)

There are some people with physical handicaps that feel they need to overdue it with their personality to compensate. I have a sister-in-law that is physically handicapped, and she flirts with men so openly and anabashed. It's sometimes embarrassing, and she will even do it in plain view of her fiance. But she feels she needs to do this in public to make everyone forget she is different.
