My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

This is not going to work for you ore anyone b/c it is an unrealistic goal. Dropping this much weight in that short amount of time is just murder to your body, if it is even possible.
You need to think more long-term and change your diet and exercise. Jump down to 1000-1200 calories a day for women. ANything less than that is stupid. Drink literally 8-10 8oz. glasses of water daily. You can have 1 soda and thats it. Also, in order to loose weight you must burn the same amt of calories you consume in a day. But not literally. If you eat 970 calories do not run on a tread mill until it reads that you have burned that many. You will just kill yourself. Eat alot of fiber, and for carbs eat brown or plain white rice with red beans. This gives you pure carbo's and alot of fiber. Also switch to Soy. Try the milk and if you dont like it by itself than use it for a healthy shake. It is a good ingredient for making it thick.
In the AM you should be eating fruit and or yogurt for breakfast. Or you can make the shake. Then continue to eat 6-7 times throughoiut the day to constantly keep yopur metabolism running. The meals/snacks could include...100 calorie mini bag popcorn, rice cakes, wheat thins, more fruit, granola bar etc. And try to stick with mostly chicken for dinner. If you crave red meat do only a steak its the best. As apposed to a ground beef which is always prepared fatty.
As far as workouts you want pure cardio but it is important to stay in your target heart rate zone or you will be working harder than you need to. You should be exercising 5-6 days a week cardio everyday and strength training every other. In 1 month you wil be surprised at the results

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Why bother. If you lose it in two weeks, it will be back in two weeks more. If you are serious about weight loss, eat nutritionally balanced meals and exercise consistently, not just when you suddenly decide to lose 15 pounds. Following a consistent course of proper nutrition and exercise will keep you looking like you want to look and you won't be faced with trying to lose any amount fast.

it is impossible Or it certainly should be to loose 15 lbs in two weeks.
a healthy weightloss is 2lbs a week any more than that is just plain stupid.
if you join a weight watchers class and are particulary over weight and if you stick to the regime ypu could loose about 4-6 lbs in your first week. it will even out though after that.
why on earth would you NEED to loos this amount of weight in such a ahort time?? that over a stone.......impossible.

Average healthy weight loss is only 0.5 to 2lbs per week. If you need to lose more than that in a short period of time, that would be something I'd only do under the supervision of a doctor. I'd schedule an appointment to see what my doc says.

If you eat only 1000 calories p/day, you will loose one pound per day. If you do that and up your cardio, you could do it, it's not very safe though - but it will work. Google '1,000 Calorie Diet' and you can get a list of hundreds of food's calorie content. write down everything you eat, including condiments, cream in your coffee, etc.
Good luck!

Take 1 tablespoon of flavorless oil (canola, extra light olive oil, grapeseed oil, walnut oil... etc...) first thing in the AM and don't put anything in your mouth the next hour. At bedtime take another TSBP oil, but in the hour before that don't put anything in your mouth either not even toothpaste. This will curb your appetite and make you dislike junk foods.
