He must be. He plans elaborate terrorist attacks just so he can attack a country with a government on the verge of collapse anyway. He manipulates oil prices without anyone seeing. He can whip up hurricanes with a wave of the hand. He puts arsenic in water just by blinking an eye. He causes strikes and riots in Venezuela. And he has convinced everyone that he is a total idiot at the same time.
