Haha, great question! Here's my thought: in the back of the bus you can wave out the back windows, and you're far away from the bus driver. In the front of the car, you have control of the radio and air conditioning, and more leg room.

I guess I was always different. I always wanted to sit in the front of the bus, but also the front in a car.

No one wants to sit next to da bus driver & they wanna be "kewl" to be sitting in the back. Cuz that's where the "big kids" sit. Hs students. The best place to sit is in the middle. If a car drove too close behind the bus & then the bus had to stop suddenly, the car might not be able to stop in time, therefore possibly causing someone to get hurt, depending on the type of vehicle it is. Also, the best place to sit in a car is da back (*I* think) cuz if a car was coming towards you, well, you'd @ least be able to hit da front seats as opposed to da dash or steering wheel. So sometimes I sit in da back, allowing my sis's to sit in the front. I'd prefer to sit in da front tho, cuz if this were da case, I'd prefer that *I* be da one to get seriously injured, or injured @ all. My sis's are 14, 17 (going on 18 Oct 10th & is in Uni) & my 3rd sis is 22 wit a baby. The oldest should sit in the front cuz they're not as fragile as younger kids.

I like to sit in the back because I feel, like, really cool. It's a little bit the same when I sit in the front. Here's how it used to be on my bus where certain 'graders' have to sit:
5th graders - Front
6th graders - Front, Middle
7th graders - Middle, Back
8th graders - Back
And the High Schoolers had to sit in the back
But now the 5th graders to High Schoolers can sit anywhere we want.
But we still have to have at least 3 to a seat. Which really sucks [sometimes] because of you get either squished or really squished or extremely squshed! Lol.

In the car, you can see everything from the front. On the bus, the back gives you more bump.

well if your in a car, then you're probably with someone u know, and either u want os or not, u'll have start a converstaion with him to be polite. so u sit next to him to notice his face expressions as u talk
while in bus, you're either with friends (that like to be next each other so u consume the entire coach back) or alone, in that case u'd like to take a wide place to stretch out alone since there's no one to talk to

back is less crowded sometimes. The door in the back is wider too. IN the front of the car you have access to the radio and stuff.
