bleeching doesn't really work because the staining is within the tooth not surface staining. The best thing you can do is have your doc use composite (tooth colored filling aka bonding) material to cosmetically concele it or you can get veneers.

Sometimes the "bleaching" stuff we use as dentists can cut down on tetracycline staining. Sometimes it is too bad for that to get a good result. If that is the case, you can discuss covering the stain with bonding or veneers.

My best friend has this (born 1966) and to the best of my knowledge the staining is permanent. However, they make a brush-on enamel now that will make your teeth look perfect. It has to be applied in a dentist's office.

This staining is INSIDE the tooth and cannot be removed by most methods. Consider Veneers, they do miracles!

You can try bleaching & it may help, but usually, veneers are the only way to cover up the stains.

You really can't. Bleaching is of exceedingly little value.
The best way to treat it is via cosmetic procedures, e.g. veneers.

Just brush them with some gasoline... just don't smoke while you are doing it...
