I was a bus boy, a dish washer, I made salads at my dad's restaurant when I was a freshman in high school. Now I am a senior at high school filling out resume. Do it look good for colleges even if i Have 4.12 GPA weighted

Yes it does. It shows that you had responsibilities outside the classroom in addition to a high GPA. You should list all of your extracurricular activities on your application.

Might not want to write "Do it look good.." though.

its better to llok for a job that is related to what you have studied. that would boost your resume. working in a restaurant i dont think it will provide much of a boost so think about it and see. you have a good cgpa why not use it to help you.

Given the age you were when you did this, it looks good.

It won't look as good if you say it was at your Dad's restaurant.
