the government of today and tommarow is and will always be for the people by the people howerver we have to ensure that it remains that way by demanding answers to questions I would like to see the pressidwnt say shut -up to a citizen and watch how fast people start asking him uncomfortable questions that man would be asked those questions every time he opened his door and we all stuck together we would get the answers we all are seeking so follow daves example do not let those in p[ower tell you to shut up stand up and demand answers from politicians make them accountable dont let them ooff the hook by getting back to you its ther job to be up on current events and if those politicians tell you to shut up get some one with a camera and tape it and then take that tape to the nearest television station and ask them to air it and keep doing it and I gaurentee you will get the answer

"..... When this Court [i.e., the Supreme Court] strikes down any law -- state or federal -- based on the Court majority's own ideas of what is fundamental and decent in our society, our nation ceases to be one governed according to 'the law of the land' and instead becomes one governed ultimately by 'the law of the judges.' Not anymore. The two major political parties are beholden to the special interests and corporate sponsors who donate to their national parties. The first half of their term is spent crafting designer legislation to pay back the contributors, the rest is spent trying to get re-elected.
The only thing the people get to do is pay taxes to allow the elected officials to provide reach arounds to the special interests and corporations who got them into office.

It was an experiment that seemed to work fairly well for awhile, maybe 150 years or so. But that time is over.
