Actually, you can apparently even burn down the house of someone the guy never even met. Just say their names in the same sentence a lot.

DId you ever hear of the concept of "FORGIVENESS". If you strike a person back, you would be as low as the other person so don't stoop lower than your trouble causing neighbor. LIVE and let live! violence does not solve any issue.
