You have got to get rid of her.

Tell her you don't appreciate her talking to your fiance so much and that she should find someone else to talk to or get counselling. Tell her your fiance is not a counsellor.
Stop asking her to go out with you and your fiance. STop involving her in your socialising. That is to say, cut her off. If you don't, she might end up being his fiancee and his wife. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Talk seriously to your fiance and tell him you get very upset whenever she calls him and you don't want her to be a friend anymore. Yes, tell him you feel insecure with her. It's the truth and don't be shy about it. She's a thorn in your side and needs to be removed. Your fiance has to cooperate and not talk to her anymore. If he still wants to talk to her, it means he wants to carry on the relationship (whatever it is and whatever it might become). Take this situation very seriously.

Make sure your guy is aware that he's lending a concerned ear. He may be more comforting than he intends - she may take it that way. Caution him about becoming too involved with a co-worker. I would distance myself from her and her problems for now. Unless, of course, you are all good friends outside of work, etc., and socialized before all this started to happen. If not, she's just looking for someone to lean on and it may get sticky. Make sense?

I'd stay aware of the situation and make sure nothing goes further than your fiance just being a nice guy. (My fiance seems to be the same way.) Although, I don't like to hear that she's hanging around you guys alot....where are her friends? I usually have to remind mine to watch out because emotional unbalanced women tend seek men like ours..... i'm sure your fiance knows how to handle it if anything goes wrong, but tell him how you feel and stay cautious of her intentions.

This situation could go one of two ways. She could just be looking for a shoulder to cry on, and your fiance, just happens to be that shoulder. Or she could be trying to put the moves on your fiance. But if that is the case, it is up to your fiance to withstand her feminine wiles, and stay faithful to you. Since you guys have all been out together, and it kind of doesn't sound like your fiance is trying to disclude you, so I wouldn't worry.

she wants a hero. Sorry, but this is common. Your guy is the nice guy lending an ear and she will take advantage should the opportunity present itself (i.e. out for drinks).

Why isn't she talking to her out of work friends?? That's the question I'd want answered.

She needs a female friend to talk to- not a male - esp engaged or married= could be an emotional affair and turn worse- ask him if he thinks they should get marriage counseling -or talk to another woman- like it is his idea- if he thinks it is his idea= he is more likely to go for it- take care= D

I would be very concerned if I was in that situation. and it depends on how she is hanging... I would have thrown her to the ground kicked my hubby in the balls and left them both in the restaurant or where ever...

She is trying to snag your guy...That crying on his shoulder...next thing she will be saying how he is so understanding and if only her hubby could be like that...and on and on until she makes a play for your guy....he needs to cut her off.

A lot of women prefer to have male friends so don't worry about it. Or she may want his body.
