no it's a moral obligation decline brought on by the Bush administrations inability to tell the truth that's spreading like an epidemic,, causing imbalance in the right side of the brain,, affecting generations of Republicans.........

Unfortunately, most of them seem to be. There are a few who are honestly misguided. The rest will say whatever they have to in order to make their illogical arguments resonate with the voters.
