i imagine he might want to be between the keys to driving Muslims to demonstrate what they are easily about. Don’t you spot the irony in Muslims with the flexibility to desecrate a Christian Temple in Jerusalem by employing spreading feces on images of Christ? yet a Christian chief (the Pope) can’t remind human beings of what 14th century Byzantine emperor Manuel Paleolous II stated about the income Mohammad countless hundred years in the past. It wasn’t even the Popes personal words or theory. He develop into repeating what Paleolous II supposedly stated. . What’s with the allergic reaction besides? The Muslims can dance contained in the streets; shout and yell; advance their fists all they prefer to yet i do not trust the Pope owes Muslims an apology for something. some have contended the terrorists are one of those radical Islam and a small minority of the religion. they say the large majority of Muslims are a non violent human beings. i'm putting out to ask your self about those claims when I see the suggested tens of millions contained in the streets protesting what the Pope repeated. 2 confronted or what? Is Islam a non violent faith or a violence depending faith? by employing what i'm seeing and listening to, i might want to ought to finish the latter.

Have you read the entire lecture? The Pope has no reason to apologize, he quoted a 14th century emperor and it was taken out of context. I know of no other religion in recent history that has been as militant, radical, and terroristic as the Islamic radicals. Almost all terrorist acts have been in the name of Islam, all beheadings, suicide bombing, and torture has been in the name of Islam. The rest of the world should demand an apology from the Islamic clerics, and a pledge for them to stop the senseless violence done by these so called true believers.
The following was provided by another member in response to a similar question, it seems to reinforce the propensity toward violence.
Ishaq:544 “Muhammad commanded the people to prepare for the foray [raid, incursion, sortie, attack, or assault]. The Messenger informed his troops that he was going to Mecca. He ordered them to prepare themselves and ready their equipment quickly. He said, ‘O Allah, keep spies and news from the Quraysh until we take them by surprise in their land.'” Fundamental Islamic organizations like Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and al-Qaeda offer the same prayer today.
Ishaq:544 “Hassan incited the men, reciting: ‘This is the time for war. Don't feel safe from us. Our swords will open the door to death.'” And so it would be forevermore.
Qur'an 9.5 “When the sacred forbidden months for fighting are past, fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, beleaguer them, and lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.”

What I would like is for the leaders of Islam to prove him wrong. They can't, and that is why they all have their rags in a knot. I'm liking the Pope more and more. He recognizes that this is a religious war, he believes it when the Muslims declared war or Jihad.

I think people should actually read the full text of what the Pope said, so the statements that people are getting all worked up about can be seen in their original and intended context.

It's true. Just as the Christians became, in Europe, war-mongering proselytizers, so was Mohammed and his band of barbaric camel herding kooks out of Arabia. The guy was a violent maniac who used religion to give his army a purpose and to unite the Arabian tribes and nomads. All religions seek one thing: power over the converted-power in numbers. Mohammed was a maniac and it's still present in that evil, misogynistic, backwards religion today.

that wasn't a new declaration, it was an educational forum where he spoke using a quote from hundreds of years ago, to solidify a point about using the name of god to justify violence. Muslims are angry...just like americans are when muslims say death to america...
