Democrats are not FOR abortion. They are for a woman's right to make the choice, rather than the government. Big difference.

The term "pro choice" means what it says. It means that the woman has the final say about it she is going to have a child. It's an incredibly personal and often painful decision that the government has no business getting involved in.
What does abortion have to do with Iraq? I could just as easily ask you why so many people are anti choice are pro death penalty.

I support the Democrats giving a woman a right to make the choice of keeping her unborn child or aborting it. The government should stay out of her life! One more thing, I am a LIBERAL and a Democrat as well!

To set you straight, liberals are about a woman's right to choose what she wants to do. That it's about PERSONAL choice. Whereas cons are about it being all about the GOVERNMENTS choice.
As for supporting the war, we support the War on Terrorism, NOT the war in Iraq. Of which we are losing both.

And think of it this way, every soldier is someones son or daughter. They chose not to have an abortion, but the government is killing them anyway.
