why do liberals and democrats keep asking questions when they don't want to hear the truth?

most of the time I read nothing but smearing and bashing, from you on the left. the truth is put forward and you just want to resort to personal attacks. not all on the left does this but a lot do. many want to blame Bush for dividing this country I say it is you leftys thats to blame. please wake up and stop the BS.

there it is the proof is in the pudding as they say. and so the personal attacks continue, your arguments are really that weak.

I see more from the cons about dividing the country and asking assinine questions. They still haven't gotten over Kerry or Gore running for President. I mean, cons keep asking the same question over and over again, what would have happened if Gore won? Or Kerry won? There's more bashing of liberals than there is of the cons.

So far a lot of the cons that have answered with "facts", when I show them that their facts are wrong, I've been flamed hard. There are guys on here that will send you sexually explicit homosexual emails. I've had people attack me for my service in the navy. Calling me a traitor. I've seen a lot of stuff that changed me opinion of the political process.

I've gone from being a conservative to a liberal just in the last few years. Why? Because I've come to learn that the conservatives have this "it's-all-about-ME" philosophy whereas the liberals have a more "it's-all-about-US" sentiment.

I have read this same question dozens of times, (just substitute "conservative" and "republican", or "Christian" and "Athiest", or any number of combinations.

One of my pet peeeves is that so many people have hijacked this forum away from its intention of tapping into the general knowledge for folks to get some very real questions answerd. These "verbal terrorists" have misused this space as if it were another soapbox from which to launch similar diatribes at anyone who dares disagree with a particular point of view.

And even worse, are those who "whine" about being reported for some (as they say) minor infraction of Yahoo's rules. They don't get it. This is Yahoo's space. THEY make the rules.

There are plenty of other sites who've freely allowed room to rant. This isn't one of them, and I, frankly, resent it when they come in as guests and abuse the other guests.
