A single peice of rubber roofing membrane the size of the roof. We have found no patching product to work effectively so putting down a single peice of this rubber was the only answer for us.

The moron who started the flat roofs should of been shot... Nothing but a pain !! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Make sure you know where the leak is coming from. I've never seen water come in from where I originally thought.This is very important.You can spend days on your roof patching here and there...and still have a leak.All these other answers are good,I just wanted to make sure you knew to check for the source of the leak...

I solved that same problem by having a contractor build a pitch onto the roof. I was given two other suggestions; rubber roofing or tar-and-gravel. My choice proved to be cost-effective, it's been 10 years without a leak.

wet r dry is a roof patch you can put on right now to stop the damage before it gets any worse and will hbold till you can make a better repair or in the case of a small area, can last till you move, and... I agree with above answer, read the can, but I used it on a camper till I could get home to get a roof repair and it saved me hundreds.

read the can.
puddling flat roof= asphalt roof coating thick.
non puddling flat roof use latex roof coating
small area try spray car undercoating[walmart]= its sooooooo easy!

tar.its cheep and it works try it when roof is dry and hot if posible.

spread boiled tar and it will stay for few years definitely .
