if you have dreams of your spouse or boyfriend cheating does it mean the complete opposite, meaning he is being faithful? I heard it somewhere and wondered if there was some truth.

no, not all dreams are the opposite.
some are premonitions or a view of things to come. it usually depends on the person.
most of the time, if the person had couple of dreams that came true or close to being true,
it is likely that the dream is a premonition.
on the other hand, some dreams are reflection of the subconscious or an inner paranoia.
other might have assumed that it was the 'opposite' of what they have dreamed but the reality is it was their subconsious that showed them their inner fears and desires.
these inner emotions are most of the time disregarded during our conscious state because they are unlikely to happen or not close to reality at all.

Of course it's not true. I have dreams about having sex with my bf best friend and it means nothing....what do you say to that. Unless you have suspected this other than in dreams then you need to investigate it
