I definitely prefer heels because I feel much more relaxed and, dare I say, horny wearing them. I am 5 foot 7 so it is not a height thing, but heels improve my total image for work and social events.
However, training shoes are great for heavy housework, tennis, long walks, mad shopping dashes and the like.
I tend to wear either completely flat shoes or 4 inch plus heels with not much in between.
If you are dressing up for something then go for it, but otherwise practicality and your body health comes first.

High-heels for work and flat when on a break.
It all depends on what i'm wearing and what is required of me to wear on set.

I would love to be able to wear high heels shoes. But I look retarded in them. I look like a 1 year old trying it's first steps. And they make my legs look so good. It's a shame really.

High heels in public because I am 5 feet tall. Flats at home because they are more comfortable.

Flat are more comfy & practical...
I wear then most of the time as I'm a doctor & I don't need to trip of on emergency...
High heals are definately sexier & wear them when I go out at night esp on dates & parties...
Every type of shoes has an occasion...

flats cuz they're easier on the feet and easier to walk in, heels only when i'm wearing the right outfit to the right place or want to look sexier.

i enjoy high heels they make me feel like sexy but you can't wear them all the time that is when the flats come in handy...
