By harassment I mean impersonation of other users and the use of flagrant insults. Isn't this type of harassment indicative of something deeper than the antics of a child but rather severe and profound mental illness. What do you think?

I was watching 20-20 prime time and they had kids on who trashed others in order to boost the self image of themselves only to be trashed by others in the same manner .
I find the whole system out of balance these days and it has been a trend for 50 years shaped by educators to get ahead at all costs .
Instead of someone being known for there compassion and kindness those traits are looked at as weak and UN-rewarding .
Self aggrandizing and the trashing of others is what people live for it seems .We attack anyone that is in the public eye good or bad for there dress and actions .
Accomplishments that benefit mankind are seen as charitable and not worthy of attention while what Paris Hilton buys sells dates and wears is the news that gets all the attention in America .
War and corporate profits mater more then peace and social fulfillment in our society .
For all the bashing a man like Jimmy Carter has taken he is still today involved in trying to make the world a better and saver place while contributing time and personnel help with habitat for humanity and meeting and arranging peace aggrements world wide .
He is involved where a man should be involved .You lead by example and all the billions dumped to repair Katrina did nothing and all the money on the war has had little impact except jobs with defense contractors are secure and profits are up .
At the same time we have 3000 dead Americans killed in Iraq and of there people another 100,000 or more and the number is growing rapidly .
We can all bash people for doing the wrong thing but when did it become fashionable to bash people for what is right .
We need to end the war elect a real leader and i do not care if it is a republican democrat or independent .Just someone with common sense and the right attitude about America .
We are a nation of workers who do not mind hard work and sweat but we also want peace a nice home and the ability to pay our expenses and have some left over to enjoy the weekend .
WE want to build a secure future and home for our children and rising property values and taxes are taking that dream away and our security .
IT is separating those who work for a living and those who profit immensely from those who must work .
So i guess beating the self esteem of those around you down and becoming a feared leader is what america will be soon and this is the end to what could of been the greatest nation for change and peace on earth .
When you grow food people are feed when you make weapons people are killed how hard is this to digest for people .Maybe i give my fellow man to much credit to think he can understand that shareing and caring for one another is preffered to killing and making him feel like $hit .
But we never learn do we until it hurts .ITS all just fun and games till someone gets hurt .
WELL ask alot of americans if the game needs to end because they are hurting or are a few people enjoying this to much to see it change .
I guess if you feel good when others suffer we will continue down this path of death profiteering and war for a long time .
Attitudes do not change over night without a strong leader and to this day i have seen no one of this calibre out there running for office .

Because being a coward and sitting behind a computer bashing, impersonating, and stalking people has become the Neocon vogue. Yes. It is a sign that they are becoming desperate. But we all know that being a true Liberal Gentleman with integrity, decency and honor NEVER goes out of style. Stay you.

if the elections are law full then one can assume that the people will want a bipartisan congress .but the key word is if and with the new system which will be a trial run for the election in 2008 .

well if the Republicans can successfully retain a single party congress I will question the system publicly by demanding a digital track of votes .

there is no way to know the validity of the system that is so easily compromised by those in charge of running it .

good luck tell me what you think in DEC.

They will gain some but not as big as the 2010 midterms. Chance they can take control of the Senate. If that happens BO better just retire early.

So, what you're saying is that liberals don't "use flagrant insults?" I can tell you that is a lie, plain and simple and I have evidence to prove it. A little taste of the insults and basic nastiness of liberals simply because they, not only disagree with me but don't like that I disagree with them. I think it is because most liberals don't have anything to back up their beliefs but feeling and can't comprehend that someone may think differently. And I've tried several times to actually have a discussion about why liberals think the way they do. Each time, I've been insulted and even harassed. I know their are crazy people out there on both sides, but I honestly never imagined that I wouldn't be able to find just one liberal who would be willing to discuss.

As for the "fear" that we will lose in November....I wasn't as afraid of it until I got on Answers and had the experiences I've had with liberals. In fact, this time last year, I couldn't have cared less. Further, from everything I've heard recently, we are doing much better than I thought---just like the last Presidential election when you-and I-thought Kerry had a lock on it.

I haven't noticed any impersonations recently, but I do not approve of that in any way regardless of who you are or what you believe. That is yours and no one has the right to take that over. Who are you talking about specifically? I would be happy to report him/her. Have you?

There is no room for logic and maneuver in regards to common sense. Moreover, once their mind is made up, they will do anything necessary to discredit a person, resort to multiple ID's, name hijacking, and point scoring manipulation just to put a point across and to be heard. That I'm afraid is the most disturbing aspect about all this ... they tend to lose the plot very easily and get carried away, losing sight of the main objective is an advantage for us, but their hate just embroils and takes over common decency! laughable!

I think neonuz have such low self-esteem that they find great people like you to impersonate. They also drive big SUV's to make up for what they lack in brains and reproductive parts! Bush made such a dumbass speech today that he left the audience in suspense with their mouth open looking at each other like what in the hell is wrong with this guy! Your like Austin Powers Dr Feelgood, Women want you and men want to be you :)
