Thank you to many war-time powers (which in my honest opinion are illegal by their very existance.) He can essentially do what ever he wants. As long as people are like... Ohhh thats ok, I don't care if we turn into Nazi-america, as long as I am safe from terrorists... He can continue to do what ever he wants.

No President is above the law. At the same time, there is a new trend that goes back at least to the Reagan administration, where the President's foes try to distort legitimate political policy disagreements into legal disagreements.

That's inappropriate.

For the most part, the courts have been good at staying out of executive branch vs legislative branch squabbles. That's good, because it recognizes that the ultimate court is the public. We decide who gets voted in, so that is the point of accountability.

all the Democrats that made statements approximately weapons of Mass Destruction have been made after reviewing fake information being stress fed to them from this regime long earlier Bush became appointed our President by utilising the preferrred courtroom so i'm unlikely to hold that against any of them!!! no one is above the law remember Nixon, but he will have advisors hiding things for him because of "National Security", also if Bush got charged with anything that would make look America look silly and weak to others.

No, just a clinton found out, you are never above the law just because you are president. This president is doing everything he can to ensure our national security, and clinton only used his privileges to personally benefit himself.

He seems to think so. But just because he is president doesn't mean he is exempt from prosecution of any crime, either here or abroad.
