I have asked them to go home but they keep coming back I have no swingset or anything but for some reason they like to play in my flower garden I dont know who their parents are because I dont want to follow them home

The only thing I know is to call the law and put up a No Trespassing sign , Let the law handle it , so the next time their there playing don't go out and say nothing call the law and if you have a camera or camcoder get pictures ,, pictures don't lie incase they tear up something and there parents will be held responsible for the damages..If you have pictures of the kids and they leave before the law gets there you still have prove their in your flower garden playing..But now I would follow them home i'd drive around the neighbor hood and see if I could find out where they live so you can tell the law if you don't want to confront the parents,,but pictures is the greatest weapon you will have..

If you really want them to stop, call the police to come and get them and take them home to their parents with a warning about destroying private property (your flowers).

don't just tell them to go home.. cuz they'll just go home and come back. but in a nice way of course. they are allowed to play in the streets. just ask them nicely to stay on the sidewalk and not on the grass. don't be a ***** cuz they will just rebel. just ask them nicely. most kids will like that. or if you are able to when you see them coming towards your house, before they even step on your grass, let them know to stay on the sidewalk. you are older than they are so they know they need to listen to you.

ask them to stay out of your garden and then play some ball or another kind of game with them.my self i would rather have them playing in my yard then robbing my house..............
