Jeremiah is my son he was 47 days old when he past away.My house has burned since then .But I was never given a copy of the toxicalltiy report .And his Death was considered unknown cause ...When iI believe there is alot more I do not know about.Karen Ross examiner that did the examination on him and I tryed so many times to get her to talk to me with know luck at all she did not have anything to say to me.I begged for answers i am still asking to help me understand this there a reason he past i just wish to know why what was wrong something had to be.Did he have heat defect I am 34yrs old and I now have had 3 heart attaches 6 stints and soon will be having open heart surgery.Is there something there it could have happened my body makes to much blood thats why I have heart problems and it took 4 yrs before I was finnally told .hurts not knowing people ask why he past I say do not know...That hurts.... please any answers to give a small bit of peace.THAN S CLETA

Got the question now, I think. You are wondering how to get information on the cause of your little son's death? First, I'm very sorry to hear you lost your little boy. The office that performed the postmortem exam should give you information on the results. If they aren't giving you answers, contact your local courthouse. That's where you should be able to get a death certificate. Go to the office where this woman is and ask to see her or tell them you want to schedule an appointment to see her. If you still can't get any answers, I'd start by writing a letter to the editor of my local newspaper, contact the news station that covers your area and your government representatives. If you live in the US, call your governors office. You certainly deserve answers and they are responsible for getting them to you.
If you get loud enough, someone will help you.

Who is that? What happened to them?
I think he wants to know where he can find a death certificate. I don't know. Try Google. I say that about everything don't I? Sorry, but it's helpful.

what do you want to know? you should post another question with more information, and i am sorry for your loss, how did that happen. you are at the right spot, you could post the reason as a warning to other parents such as myself.

That is so sad, only a little over a month old. Sounds like a great loss. I am sorry if you are hurting over this death.
