Are all Nigerians thieves? the answer is No....
If you have been scammed by one of em then you bumped on the bad apple... Dont judge a whole nation by one individual....
dont be like many racists in some country who when robbed by one hispanic, take all hispanics to be robbers...

What this person is referring to has to do with the "Nigerian Scam" where a letter or email arrives that says that there is a fortune waiting for a person who helps the writer claim the inheritance left by a recently deceased Nigerian general or politician. It is, of course, a fraud. So, no, all of Nigeria isn't made up of criminals but this scam originated there and has now morphed into lottery scams coming out of London. Be aware. If it's too good to be true it's too good to be true. You'd be amazed at how many intelligent people fall for this at the cost of millions.

no, just like not all black, white, hispanic, asian, etc. are thieves. A thief is a person not a country or a nation as a whole. The actions of one person do not indicate that the whole nigerian race are thieves. That is called generalizing.
