rights of a 16 year old male seeing non custodial parents in oklahoma?

my son no longer wants anything to do with his father. He is getting mixed information on our laws in oklahoma. What could he do?

Some states will let the child talk to a judge. See if your state is one of them. The Judge will deal with it for your son or at least explain it too him.

if the father has legal visitation---it is your job to make the child available when the dad comes for the visit---that is all---u do not have to make the child get in the car---simply make sure the child is at home
