Ok. A couple months ago I was at a friends house and she showed me this picture of her Cousin "kiefer"
I saw the picture and instantly thought he is the one for me
she and her sister started telling me everything thing they knew about him and I fell in love with him the thing is.... He lives in Mississippi and I am in California. And to make matters worse He dosn't even know i exsist. for real. I was going to write a letter to him to tell him who I am but I don't know if I should. What if he totally freaks out or something. What should I do?

Does your friend have family reunions? If so, see if you could go with her so you could meet him and see if there is any sparks that fly when you are in person.
The only other thing I would suggest is that your friend tell your cousin that she has a friend and see if he would be interested in chatting with you either by phone or via the Internet, that way he won't get freaked out by someone he doesn't know calling him out of the blue. Long distance relationships can be challenging. I wish you the best. :)

First of all how old are the 2 of you? Second, you can try to contact him (if you're not too young for him-legally) but long distance relationships are VERY difficult and complicated. I know from my daughters experiences with this more then once. The girl usually gets too attached and the guy well trys to act like the relationship isn't all that because he realizes that they aren't really going to be together all that much due to the many and expensive miles between you two. Go ahead give it your best shot BUT don't expect much more then possibly gaining a new really good friend to communicate with. Don't get overly attached either as that will not go over very well in your favor. GOOD LUCK!

Honey, you are not in love with a person; you are infatuated with your perception of a person. If you are truly interested in meeting this person, see if your friend can arrange it, or at least a phone conversation. Good luck!

when u write to them tell him that u saw a picture of him that his cousin and her sister tell him their names and talk to him and go from there good luck

I think you should tell your friend that you think you like her cousin and you should tell her or ask does he go to her house and you can meet him. good luck
