because we love a challenge but once we have it the feeling of wanting it so bad is gone

That has never been the case for me. People like that are just selfish. Always wanting something different and never happy with what they have.

I believe it is a lack of maturity. I think with age you learn to apprecitate what you have and gain a sense of contentment.......
