I am 5'1 129 pounds, fair skin, lots of freckles, stubborn, short red hair natural color, green/blue/brown eyes, no pimples, do cross country basketball and track, live in a small school, and town, am a a and b student and I don't give teachers a hard time, so anyway is there any way that a high school guy would like me? plus I am very modest too.

absolutely, all you have to do is just break the ice by saying "hi, how's going". it's not a flirt. it's just show that you're friendly enough to talk to. simple.

Definitely they would, if you are talented!

But why do you care anyway! Just don't bother.
Life has just started for you. A dozen and a hundred will follow if you do good in anything creative or constructive. Remember, looks don't matter.... physical charm is very temporary...

So lots of sports and lot of studies...just go for it!

You only described your physical characteristics. You need to find out if you two have anything in common or can carry on a conversation. That's what will matter.

If its the right guy... He should notice you without you having to do anything... if u know what i mean. but if u have to be popular and... ummm (slutty) in a way for him to notice u..... then i dont think u'd wanna go out with that guy.
