where is the most romantic place to take my boyfriend out for his birthday?

i want to cook our favorite meal, i just need a romantic place to set everything up at. I thought about the beach or the park but we might get mugged because theres a bunch of weirdos there! HELP! i have one week!

maybe you could do the dinner at home but if he loves sports he'll love u all over again w/tickets to just about any sporting event...espcially football or baseball...
