I have always felt the people (family, parents, boyfriends, husband, etc) had me at the bottom of their priority list. Even now being married, his kids always come first, then usually his friends and/or family. I just always feel I am the least of everyones concern. Is it wrong to want to be at the top of the list for once?

You have some self esteem issues. Learn to love yourself and put yourself first, to hell with the rest of them. Actually, when they perceive you are not longer a doormat they will start extending you more attention.

NO it is a normal thing to want to be the center of attn in someone life however the more that you that you try to become the center of attn the more that you will be pushed away. the fact of the matter is that the more you want to be in top the more you are going to miss being on the bottom. if everyone is on top than no one is one bottom and you will get your day it just might not be in your sights right not. so give it time and be patient you will get yours

No, of course not. we all have a need to feel important. You just can't expect it all the time, but what you can do is express how you feel to your family and freinds, maybe do something special for yourself. You make yourself a priority to you and I guarantee you won't feel so unimportant. I know cause it works for me.
