Barry would still vote Republican because the core value is still there.They still believe in low taxes, less goverment & that I can run my life better then the goverment can He also would be for the war but he would have done it a little different. He would have been like Regan was . Drop a bomb down the chimney then ask promision. Barry would go to war with no holds barred fighting.You do to the enemy the same thing they do to you. That is how you fight a war. Barry would still be a maverick every one would love .

i imagine the late senator would still vote republican but you can bet that today's rep party would not be like it is today is he were still living and active in the party.

i suggest you read his book "Conscience of a Conservative"
