well hopefully she goes to jail for two reasons,
1.kid napping, even if the parent allowed it...
2.smuggling illegal aliens across the border..

ok so first of all this is not the semen that travels to the egg this is the sperm. Semen is what the sperm are in whilst they arrive out. The sperm leaves the semen interior a couple of minutes and travels into the womb. If it's her child, then I don't know, but if she's just trying to add to the U.S. population and add another on the gravy train then . . .don't we have enough minor children in this country already?

i think she would have to serve some time in prison, because that is a serious offense. she can be charged for human trafficking, and even worse because the person was a minor.
