I know this is a set up question but it's nice to see who among those who answer are out of the loop by their own inability to become informed.

These are the ones who do not read a newspaper, do not read a news weekly magazine and who do not listen to talk radio. They also may be employers who want slave labor or someone who likes to pick up illegals on the street and underpay them so they can get a little "extra" Saturday night:

Moose: Where have you been in recent decades?

Cinderellaman: Clearly a dreamer who has no contact with reality

Mr. Curious: No curiosity here. He's part of the problem and therefore a user of human beings for his own profit.

Others have answered the question. ICE has been brought to its knees by public opinion which has ICE'd the activists and there will be no amnesty. The borders are being secured and much more is on the way. It seems the illegals did their cause in when they marched through our streets carrying the Mexican flag and in some cases, dragging the American flag. Stupid. Blame the activists, some of whom are U.S. college professors paid by our taxes who are openly anti-American and working for the Mx government. Do not move against a single or multiple group of illegals as ICE will do nothing as there are bigger fish to fry. True, 80% of the illegals are good people but 20 million now turns into 40 million in 10 years. The girls and women are having babies at record rates, again promised by the activists that U.S. welfare will take care of them. As a side note: 95% of the arrest warrants for homicide are for Mexican Nationals in Los Angeles. 40% of the residents in Los Angeles are illegals. These are FBI/ICE stats - go online.

This is a tragedy of staggering proportions that is tearing the culture of America apart and it will never be the same again. Anyone who advocates illegal aliens invading this country is in it for him/herself. They make more $$$ if the invasion continues. These are traitors and you need to point that out to them.

It depends on where you are. If you were in Arizona, you could contact Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office. He has taken a stance on illegal immigration and would point you in the right direction.

If you are in another state, call the local politicians who are taking a stand on illegal immigration. They'll be happy to help.

You Dont! The government like illegal immigrants, they do the work most people wont + they pay tax, which = more money in Blairs / Bush' pockets. That money is then used to bomb other countries so that they can take them over and obtain that wealth. Which = more money in Blairs / bush' pockets. How can they be illigal? Who owns the Earth? Who's right is it to say who goes where on this planet? Would you feel safer if they were not in your country? If you are so safe in your country, why then do you live behind closed doors that you lock? That's not home, its your own little prison! The person you want to report gets just as hungry as you, will work like you and if brainwashed enough will think like you. Sad I know but that's life.

Therefore, while we appreciate the tips, Immigration will investigate and follow up according to its internal policies, priorities and procedures. Persons reporting such activities should not expect to see immediately any particular action one way or the other. Even in those cases where further investigation is warranted, it takes time for the facts to be known, true status determined, and action authorized.

What Is Considered An Illegal Activity Under Immigration Law?
Here are some examples of the most common violations of United States Immigration laws:

Examples:

(This is not a complete list of violations.)

* filing false statements on applications or petitions
* making a false claim that you are a United States citizen
* making, altering or using counterfeit immigration documents
* making, altering or using counterfeit documents to support immigration applications or petitions
* failing to report the arrival of illegal aliens
* assisting or encouraging aliens to come to the United States in violation of the law
* harboring an illegal alien
* knowingly employing aliens who do not have permission to work in the United States
* recruiting or referring for a fee aliens who do not have permission to work in the United States
* failing to complete and maintain immigration Form I-9 for all new employees, whether citizens or aliens
* failing to depart the United States when ordered removed (deported)
* entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or place which is not authorized
* attempting to enter the United States by misrepresenting (lying about) material facts
* entering into a marriage to circumvent the immigration laws
* entering or attempting to enter the United States without permission after having been removed (deported)
* assisting an alien to enter the United States for prostitution or other immoral purposes

Where Can I Find the Law?
The Immigration and Nationality Act is a law that governs the admission of all people to the United States. For the parts of the law concerning illegal immigration activities, please see INA § 212, INA § 235, INA § 271, INA § 272, INA § 273, INA § 274, INA § 274A, INA § 274C, INA § 275, INA § 277, and INA § 278.

How Can I Report Suspected Illegal Alien Activity or a Suspected Illegal Alien?
Each immigration field office has a specific process for reporting suspected illegal alien activity. You should first decide where the suspected illegal alien activity or illegal alien is located. Our offices have areas of jurisdiction that are generally determined by state boundaries. The three immigration related agencies -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection -- have web sites where you can find immigration information. They are: uscis.gov, ice.gov, and cbp.gov. All three are accessible from the Department of Homeland Security web site -- dhs.gov.

How Will My Information Be Used?
Immigration offices receive hundreds of notifications of suspected illegal alien activity and suspected illegal aliens each year. We use this information in planning our enforcement efforts. We do not provide status on specific reports of illegal activity. Many enforcement actions occur as a result of several sources of information.

Normally, the person that provides the information will not be contacted after the initial report is filed nor kept informed of any actions by Immigration authorities. The person providing the information is not required to give his/her name or other personal information.

We greatly appreciate the assistance of the public in identifying possible suspected illegal alien activity and suspected illegal aliens. If you provide information, it will be evaluated and used to help us better enforce our immigration laws.

First of all, you need to find somebody who cares. That effectively eliminates the Border Patrol, Customs and Immigration Departments, now the Border Security Agency. Don't bother with the local police either. It's not their job. Perhaps there is just one guy who can help ..... Sheriff Joe Arpio. That a**wad loves to put anyone in jail for anything. He's such a MAN. Yeah. Call him.

ok... first and foremost: GET A LIFE!

Illegal immigration is toooootally wrong, but sadly it is still very popular because there's a market for illegal immigrants (those dirt-pay jobs many US citizens don't want to do are perfect opportunities for those seeking any kind of money)

If there's a market for illegal aliens, ¿whose fault is it?.. you see, illegal immigration would slow down or disappear if people didn't hire illegal aliens to do their dirty work... but those dirt-pay jobs no one wants to take are important on a small scale, so if only a few illegals are willing to take those jobs for a small amount of money then so be it (its business, not financial aid)

Sooo, the solution is either raising the pay on those jobs and offering them only to legal american citizens, or hitching your shirtsleeves and doing those jobs in spite of the pay (not giving them to the illegal immigrants)

Simple, isnt it?

btw: US history is brimming with immigration (legal and illegal) since its foundation... so, get used to it! the issues may recede, but they will not go away... cooperate in your own way by culture, not violence.

An illegal immigrant...what an oxymoron. It can hardly be said that someone who enters a country illegally is "immigrating" in any way, shape or form.

It shouldn't be too difficult for you to contact INS, it's in the phone book.

Most white Americans were illegal immigrants themselves. They didn't ask permission from the Indians who are the true owners of America. So its upto the Indians whether they want mexicans to enter the US or not. Its their land, let them decide.

Sounds like you have a personal issue with someone. If they are breaking the law and a danger to your country, then the police will take care of it.

However, I doubt that there is anything of that nature occurring. It sounds to me like you just have a personal problem and want to solve it in a way that has nothing to do with the problem. We call people who do that "jerks" and try to stay away from them because all their vindictive actions will catch up.
