You might be dehydrated. That's what happens to me when I am dehydrated.
Of course it could be a lot of other things, but it certainly won't hurt you to drink a couple glasses of water. If you don't feel better within an hour or two, maybe you should go get checked out.
Good luck.

Hey
I get the same thing and mine has gone on for over a year now and according to my doctor it is IBS. Due to that I now also get panic attacks which make me get the light headedness and tingling sensations. Just drink lots of water and maybe try some IBS relief like Buscupan.
See your doctor just to be sure.
Hope you feel better...

Go to your doctor or nearest hospital there are doctors ready to help you, book an appointment you never know what this might be. little things can turn into big problems i almost died from not knowing i had diabetes, i thought it was just flu.
Eat and drink lots of water. apple's and banana's should help you quite a lot.
Green tea and water are good fluids.
or apple juice.

Maybe you have a stomach bug, or a gastric flu.
You could have got it if you came into contact with a lot of people and drank out of their glasses, or shared cigs, etc.
Go to a chemist shop and ask them if it sounds like something common at the moment. They'll give you some kind of drugs, or refer you to a doctor if it doesn't sound good.
Half the time, a visit to the doctor is a waste of time.

The fact that you have been drinking has lowered your blood pressure and blood sugar levels and has dehydrated you as it does everyone but it shouldn`t last this long in the meantime drink plenty of sugary tea/coffee and make an appointment at your gp to check it`s not diabetes or hypoglycemia.

As the others have said you should see your Dr. I have all of the above symptoms when I get a migrane. My migranes are often bought on by too much alchohol, which causes dehydration. I alos get them from lack of sleep, which is also when I drink too much.
It may also be alchohol poisoning, it can last for days even weeks if you consumed too much.
Please go and see you Dr, good luck

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

At this point, I think a doctor's advice would be best. Three days is long enough with the symptoms.

Maybe an insect bite. I was bitten by a tiny spider once and the nausea, lightheadedness, and tingling lasted for months. Please see a doctor.
