But don't worry. Remain positive. Skipping, jogging, nutritious food will help you the most.

Avoid artificial growth hormones. You will land up in great problem in future.

Even I was short. But the above things helped me and today at age of 17, I stand 5 feet 7 inches tall.

i was only 5'2 at your age but am now 5'9. i continued to grow til i was in my mid twenties. i really noticed a growth spurt when i started weight training and taking protein supplements> but DONT take STEROIDS they can actually stunt your growth. also youd be surprised at how many guys appear taller just because of good posture and self confident way of carrying themselves. dont hunch your shoulders, stare at the ground, or slouch when walking. also outgoing and friendly people always seem to have a more commanding and larger presence. be patient you will grow more yet. make sure your eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep is crucial to growth and to keep your spine straight. you could also get some elevation soles for your shoes if thatd make you feel better. Remember:junk food and processed and sugary food will not help you grow taller. you should get lots of protein-turkey,fish,eggs,soybeans,chicken,dry curd cottage cheese are all very high in protein and healthy foods for you.
