Larry Silverstein, the new owner of the WTC was interviewed on TV. At this time he openly acknowledged the decision to pull Building 7.
This decision was never explained and was never questioned by the Kean Commission. The conflicting report of the FEMA investigators was also never explained. Pulling a building requires weeks, if not months of preparation. Explosives have to be carefully and strategically placed and wired. How was it possible to "pull" without first preparing for its demolition?
Silverstein invested $386 million in WTC 7. On 9/11, by his own admission, Larry Silverstein ordered the demolition of his building. In February of 2002, his company won a settlement of $861 million from Industrial Risk Insurers.

I really don't understand why Americans are not questioning this more. I guess those of you who don't. still believe Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone shooter in Dallis even though the shot was shown to be impossible to make, even by a sharp shooter.

Is the institution of the US Government Absolutely not accountable to anyone ? all they have to say is,, "no it didn't happen like that" and you people believe it ??? Jesus people wake up.

Lesser evidence in any other criminal trial would put us behind bars for life. Why is their word all it takes to clear the Government,, even when there is a mountain of evidence showing complacency at the very least possibly even that they helped in the planning at the worst .

I know as a country you would hate to think your elected officials can be that evil. But I think it should get a serious looking into. And having said that I will add

God rest the souls of the Innocent victims of 911. And God be with their loved ones left behind.

That was a very bad and distorted view of some old guy talking. So how am i supposed to believe a word he saie? But anyway, you said it would take weeks to put explosives in the WTC 7 correct? Well then it would take a flippin' long time to put explosives in the other two towers, and no one noticing them, i doubt it. So what if they had similar characteristics to demolitions. How else are they going to fall? Hey, it is physics, get a burger, put some ketchup on it and then smash it with your hand. Same physics, same results minus the 3,000 deaths.

All I know about this is that my best friend worked in 7 and he told me that Mayor Giuliani had and emergency bunker in 7 that had thousands of gallons of heating oil in it. But when I watched the documentary on CBS they showed film of 7 going down, and it sure looked like a demolition implosion rather than an explosion of fuel oil tanks. I checked out the links provided and now I really have more suspicions...I wonder if the naysayers ever check out any of these things...on the other hand I have seen comments saying that seeing how the Bush Admin seems so incompetent how could they have pulled such a thing off and also the number of people that would have to be involved would make in difficult to keep secret...but, damn, thoses collapses sure look like controlled demolitions. Plus the powering down of the south tower and Marvin Bush running the company in charge of WTC security certainly makes it difficult to dismiss the "conspiracy nuts" out of hand.........

properly, i'm no longer American yet of all activities I specially help the yank Libertarian social gathering. Out of the activities in my united states(Macedonia) i do not truly help any, yet when I had to settle on it would want to be the Liberal Democratic one. specially i'm autonomous and agree and disagree with some (or more desirable) ideas of each political social gathering and orientation. even as i'd be in a position to vote i might want to vote for the guy i imagine is maximum able to the area, no longer a social gathering.

Just a odd coincidence.

It was a beautiful day on the left coast. No 911 emergency's here.

The Left Coast is busy fighting a war. We have more residents deployed overseas than any other of the states.

We fight We don't cut and run like the NeoCons in the East.

there are lots of questions surrounding 9-11, but as i have said before, promoting conspiracy theories doesn't help or change the situation. the public clearly doesn't have all the answers, but maybe there are good reasons why not. this was a horrible event no matter how you slice it so i can understand the questions, but not many people would believe the government was in on something so awful.

That governments have permitted terrorist acts against their own people, and have even themselves been perpetrators in order to find strategic advantage is quite likely true, but this is the United States we're talking about.

That intelligence agencies, financiers, terrorists and narco-criminals have a long history together is well established, but the Nugan Hand Bank, BCCI, Banco Ambrosiano, the P2 Lodge, the CIA/Mafia anti-Castro/Kennedy alliance, Iran/Contra and the rest were a long time ago, so there’s no need to rehash all that. That was then, this is now!

That Jonathan Bush’s Riggs Bank has been found guilty of laundering terrorist funds and fined a US-record $25 million must embarrass his nephew George, but it's still no justification for leaping to paranoid conclusions.

That George Bush's brother Marvin sat on the board of the Kuwaiti-owned company which provided electronic security to the World Trade Centre, Dulles Airport and United Airlines means nothing more than you must admit those Bush boys have done alright for themselves.

That George Bush found success as a businessman only after the investment of Osama’s brother Salem and reputed al Qaeda financier Khalid bin Mahfouz is just one of those things - one of those crazy things.

That Osama bin Laden is known to have been an asset of US foreign policy in no way implies he still is.

That al Qaeda was active in the Balkan conflict, fighting on the same side as the US as recently as 1999, while the US protected its cells, is merely one of history's little aberrations.

The claims of Michael Springman, State Department veteran of the Jeddah visa bureau, that the CIA ran the office and issued visas to al Qaeda members so they could receive training in the United States, sound like the sour grapes of someone who was fired for making such wild accusations.

If people beleive something, it's hard to make them question it or even open their mind to another view. Most people in general cannot think for themselves and are closeminded. They go with the flow of society or their local culture and beliefs instead of listining to or looking at all the facts and questions and deciding for themselves. Example - religion.

people need to inform others that silverstein made the DECISION to PULL building 7. and listen to the firefighters who said they know that there were bombs in the building. at prisonplanet.com, you can see a video, or the actual extended video of a firefighter telling a news reporter 'bomb in teh building, clear out,' he even reapeted himself when the dude asked what. that is when the reporter said there is a secondary device, that is proof there.

Building 7's collapse makes no sense. This "conspiracy theory" is the only one I believe. It fell straight down. And buildings like that don't fall because of a fire.
