Dick Cheney was on the news today saying that bin Laden has "always been high priority" after 9/11. However, a couple of years ago Bush claimed that he considered bin Laden to be low priority, to be powerless and not a real concern. He said he didn't know or care where he was.

I'm not trying to argue that it SHOULD be specifically a high priority or a low priority, I am alluding to the fact that they are deliberately using it to toy with the voters. All they could come up with against Kerry is "flip-flopping", and he did it (supposedly) because he believed Bush's WMD lies anyway

Their mouths moved - therefore they lied.

I don't know the context of his saying it...if he did...but consider this context:

Killing or capturing Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini was a low priority during WWII.

Killing or capturing Ho Chi Minh was a low priority during the Viet Nam War.

Killing or capturing the Soviet Premiers during the Cold War was a low priority.

Killing or capturing Saddam during the Gulf War was a low priority.

In all cases, the U.S. Presidents knew them to be dangerous and a threat.

I'd like to learn more about your expertise in prosecuting a war...or is simply alluding to another's incompetence your only trump card?

Why haven't more Americans figured out that this whole thing is just a big bunch of B.S. they're trying to feed us? It's all a part of the Illuminati conspiracy to set up their New World Order fascist police state.

Cheney always lies. Bush just didn't get the info. They are an administration built on lies.

Cheney AND Bush are just two of the biggest liars in the government. I have no trust in those two at all.

If you have ever actually had a job with any responsibility, you'd know that priorities change. "High" priority is sometimes lower than "Priority One". It is simply semantics. Everything becomes lower priority when something else looms.
