Not sure what your after. avi is a movie, jpeg is a image. (single picture). Please add what your trying to do...

If you mean AVI video into 1 JPEG image for each frame, then you can use Irfan View it is a free program you can use for viewing all sorts of files. There is a tool in there that lets you extract video frames to JPEG images.

Avi is a video and Jpeg is a Picture. Maybe you mean animiated Gif.

you can't convet a video to picture unless you want to convert avi to gif, then you would be creating an animation
