Take it away... :) sure you will have to deal with the crying for a little while... but she will eventually get over it. Kids adapt better than we give them credit for.

Slowly take it away while she is sleeping, always have water in nothing else. Then try to eliminate it a night here and there. Or you can just take it away all together and tell her that is just the way it is. Let her cry for a few days.
Hard thing to do but you have to sometime. Or you can wait for her to out grow the need.

You've got to be firm and consistent with her. Once you decide to take it away, it's gone forever. Don't go back and give it to her to make her stop crying or to go to sleep. Tell her if she is thirsty she can have a sippy cup. If you are concerned about dehydration and she is old enough, you can always offer her a popsicle or crushed ice (my daughter doesn't realize they are actually liquids.)

Throw them all away. Period. Every single one. When she gets thirsty she'll drink, kids don't allow themselves to get dehydrated.

Toughen up Mom, she'll quit crying if you quit reacting and giving into her by giving the bottle back. After a couple of days it'll all be over. If you approve of pacifiers you can give her one at bedtime. Some parents don't like them, some do, personal preference.

I just one day stopped offering it. The want can be heartbreaking but eventually they get used to it.
