People who touch little childeren are any size child should not just get a little slap on the wrist but should be but in jail for life without the thought of parloe but because they do it once they will do it again.

Yes, it is heartbreaking. The cycle needs to be broken. The abused can become the abuser in their later life. This is the worst. Let it stop!!!!!!!!!!! Those countries with relaxed laws needs to be diciplined by the UN. I believe in CASTRATION of the penis of the abuser. If the law don't do it, the victims family should go after him and do it themselves!!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy to see this in our paper. I was a victim of child moestation. My Best friends brother who was 18 and we were 9-10 years was a very mean person. We never spoke up but wish we had. He started on her when she was 4 1/2 years old. He is now current not allowed in a room unatened with his son and daughter. When my friend told her parents about him, he was disowned. She just told her parents a year or to ago, we are now 19-20 yrs old. I never told my parents tho. I was very scared of what they would say or do to me. I guess all young children are like that.
But there are still some states that have not refined their laws at all. They are under great presure by their citizens to change them. I think that there is only 10 left that need to change their laws.

Who's getting a slap on the wrist? Child molestation charges are very harsh. Even minor cases, like an 18 year old sleeping with a 16 year old, can result with someone being listed on sexual predator watch pages online for the rest of their life. Often, after a lengthy prison stay, child molestors are further locked up in mental institutions for an undeclared amount of time. Once they do get out there are many, many restrictions on where they can live, work, or play for the rest of their lives. So what more would you like to see being done to them?
Oh, and to the people going on about the ACLU: the ACLU defends your right to the first amendmant. They defend what could be considered both left wing and right wing groups and individuals. The do not defend child molestors, although they have defended someone's right to write whatever kind of porn they went, as long as no actual children were involved or harmed. So I'm not sure what you people think they have to do with sentances for molestors.

When people have finally had enough they will demand action. It is a rampant problem. There is no consistency in how law and punishment are applied. Judges have been given entirely too much power here and you have to wonder how many are child molesters themselves. Who else would sympathies with a child molester but another child molester or some one that thinks maybe it is an OK thing to do?

they do want to be harder but because of the way the law works ,alot of them get away with it,half the time normal judgement will show you this has happened ,but because in court you have to show 70%pluss probability ,and you need evidence to support this ,its very hard to prove,
my daughter was molested ,by her step father ,and although after a medical examination ,they could prove she was touched ,and she told them who by ,but they couldnt prove it was him as there was no semen,and he denied it ,,,,she had actually lost her hyman ,so this had been going on some rime ,all they did was put him in prison whilst pending investigation,,,,but when he was taken to court as the solicitor said ,they all now he has done it ,but cannot prove it was actually him above 70%,as you have to be able to show above this percentage to get a conviction ,,,so the bas,,,d went free ,
and just a few years later he did it again this time to a 13 year old ,only charges where dropped because he managed to persuaid the young girl to get in his car saying he would give her a lift home ,she was affraid so she did,and the court dropped the case saying ,this could never have happened because had it she would never have got into his car ,she woould have been affraid and run away,,,you tell me how a judge can tell whats going through the mind of a frightened 13 year old ,,,
i mean with out a wittness you have no hope ,,,unless you have dna evidence,thats the only sure way to get them ,but as you well know most youngsters,that have been molested never tell anyone ,and they bath ,and the most time when they do tell someone is long after the event ,and they have had god only knows how many baths ,if only they had the spirit to say just after it happened it would put them all behind bars ,

First anyone that touch kids should be not have no trail ..Send them straight to prison . That way they can be Molested themselves see how they like it .. This people are disgusting and are a poor excuse of human life and should be sent to hell and to my friends and cousin doing hard time in prison thanks for taking care of all this punks AS* men when they come to prison all scared and worried No matter what race you are trust me Homie you will get dealt with ....They take children and treat them like a sexual thing and god is my witness you will get yours. Good question. I don't understand why people don't get that point. If you're a pedophile that's what you are. You can't change "who" you are. These people should be put away or castrated. Also people that haven't gone through life being a victim, don't understand how it effects a lot of people's lives.

The A.C.L.U. has made it easier for perverts to
get rights than common citizens or "victims".
Throw the lenient judges out of office and ask your legislators to enact tougher laws! Instead of catching the perverts and putting them in a cell to await a trial, I would put them in a room with the parents and friends of the victim and tell the guard to take a long smoke break!

The liberals fight against most laws helping the victim child. They are also using the ACLU to repeal laws that let us know who is a registered sex offender. They feel a sex offenders rights to privacy (and possibly stalking another child) are more important than the innocent victims. Thank the democratic party for their strength!
