When I wrote "relative" I meant cousin, distant cousin (the one you only see during vacation) and so on !

No, I haven't, but a friend of mine is married with her cousin, have a lovely and cute son. Before reading these answers, I didn't realize it was a problem! And I'm still thinking it is not.

If it isn't with a person you are married to, it is wrong. Look up the word "incest" in a dictionary. If you are a minor and an adult is doing this to you, you are a victim of sexual abuse. Call the police now and report it.

yea i have an unlce.. and it is so crazy now cause when he is around i have 2 be extra careful at what i say and wear. i was young @ tha time ans it just felt good 2 be loved ya know. when i was 16 i was like this s*** ain't right. he is not my blood uncle but hell he is married 2 my aunt.

Absolutely not.
It's funny though, that 20% of people that are married are cousins. I find that percentage high.
