Most do actually you just have to pay a premium and there are only some types of cars you can rent..

Most will require insurance to be purchased as well

Nope. 21 is the youngest. And even if youre 21-24, you still can only get a basic car, nothing fancy.

as far as I know, you have to be 21 at all of them. there may be some privately owned used car sales company close by that will. good luck.

they will NOT rent to 18 yrs olds you need to be 25 !!

no but you can be a secondary on a rent a car if your parents or another adult (i think) is the primary. you'll have to pay more though...
