I think they beleive if they don't see it or hear it than it doesn't exist. Since the terrorists on over here in their face they deny they exist. Sort of like if a tree falls in a forrest ann know one hears it. If a terrorist isn't in their yard they don't exist.

I doubt seriously if you're ever served your country or ever will. You sound too much like the typical chicken hawk.

I'm fought two wars already and served with a lot of good men and women, both conservative and liberal. And I now work with Vets, helping troubled ones regain their lives. There are as many brave liberals willing to fight for their country as there are conservatives willing to do the same.

There is also a long list of conservatives in our government today who were draft dodgers. There are more Democrats on Capitol Hill today who fought in war than there are Republicans.

You have no moral right to claim that because someone is liberal it means that they are cowards. The way I look at it you're probably a perfect example of the name-caller who will never serve.

As a liberal, I gave 10 years of my life to defend the U.S. Speaking to a lot of the cons on here, they don't think it's their responibility to defend the Constitution. The most popular answer I get from them is: "I'm too important. Let the poor and minorities do it."

That liberals surrender is just a myth, we fight harder for our rights and yours than the conservatives do.Liberals view is How does this effect US? Conservatives view: How does this effect ME?

Why do you mistakenly assume that liberals arent fighting to defend anything right now? Why do you assume that we would surrender to anything? Instead why dont you ask why the conservatives are such war mongers? Instead why dont you ask why people blindly follow bush into war without questioning his motives behind it? Instead why dont you ask why they really hate us? (hint:its not our freedom they hate) Why do you assume we are unpatriotic? It is more patriotic to have such a love for your country and way of life that you are willing to take a stand and say that the people in charge are wrong.This is not what this country should stand for and it needs to be changed. Its alot easier to agree with the current popular ideas than take a stand against what is wrong and Bush and his people are WRONG! They are destroying this country!! They are using peoples fears to keep them in line.

What and whom are you fighting, answers is your paper tiger, you were fighting you'd have to someplace other than baiting those you don't agree with on your pc.

No terrorist has attacked me, but 47,000 Americans a day die in automobile accidents, so I suggest we bomb the manufacturers of auto parts, the horrible terrorists! They are manufacturing components for WMDs, automobiles. But only bomb the ones in Asia.

I've surrendered to nothing but common sense and decency and I'm in very good company, thank you!

I would fight for HONEST reasons, not false pretense. There is nothing brave or honorable about MAKING UP reasons to kill people. No WMD's in Iraq, Al Quida is worldwide (not Iraqi), and there are lots of other terrorist groups out there.

I would fight to PRESERVE MY FREEDOM AND LIBERTIES, not make excuses to diminish them (like terrorists), when ONLY our own government can deny us freedom or liberty. I would NOT give up my freedom or liberty to avoid being hurt, like you chicken sh//ts did. The Patriot Act treats ALL U.S. citizens as potential terrorists. WE have become the enemy of our government, and the Patriot Act protects IT from US...and diminishes our protections against IT.

I wouldn't be fighting for IRAQI freedom and liberty while our President stripped us of OURS.

I HONOR AND TRUST our military. I do not want their lives wasted on lies, or pseudo-political/economical conquest. Freedom and liberty for US FIRST. I wouldn't be tossing them to the lions for my own IMAGINED safety, as YOU folks did.

Neither Iraq, nor Saddam, perpetrated 9-11.

America was founded on specific ideals, and it is UN-AMERICAN to ignore those ideals. Your fear is misguided, and leading you to do incredibly stupid things. Yes, terrorism is a definite threat...instigating MORE terrorism by attacking a country under false pretense is not the answer.

OUR borders, first. RESTORE our freedoms/liberties. Then, work toward nullifying ALL terrorist groups, not just the one convenient for the President.

I think you are confused,liberal and pacifist are not the same thing. I am a liberal,but I am not a pacifist. If John hit me,than it makes sense to hit John back but why would I hit Joe who was standing away from John ????? As a nation we were hit by Osama Bin Laud en,but he isn't involved in ant way with Sudam Hussein...........one had nothing to do with the other.........

If you own a gun you are not a liberal, kinda hypocritical to have your leaders cry about the dangers and horrors of guns in the hands of law biding citizens and then own them yourselves right? One of the reasons I left the democrats behind was the constant drum beat of them trashing my right to own a gun.

I'd never surrender, but I wouldn't fight unless there was actually a threat, and I certainly wouldn't fight someone who was uninvolved just for the hell of fighting.

You should not assume that Liberals are unprepared. Every Liberal I know carries at all times an offensive weapon loaded and ready with bullets that have depleted uranium tips.
