Yes there is a man called - "PERVEZ MUSHARRAF".
Both USA and UK (Both Powerful Nations), know he is no less than a terrorist but these countries are diplomatically forced not to touch Musharraf.
These two nations perhaps never can dare to tackle terrorism flourishing in pakistan.

Although, I'm quite skeptical of politicians and particularly the current white house administration. I trust the integrity of our military fighting men / women and believe wholeheartedly that once given the mission to capture ossama, they have put forth their best effort to do so and if given the opportunity would not knowingly let him escape them.
Saddam was much easier to catch because he has so many enemies within his own people who came forth with intelligence and other info on him.
However, within the region where ossam is hiding he has virtually no enemies and many supporters. In their eyes, he is a man of God and a religious leader. To put that in perspective for us, it would be like giving up Billy Graham.

Yes, there are 30% chances that they can hide. but as ossama and others are getting help from pak. its really a tough job for uk and us to do so. the geographical conditions are also responsible for ossama for not being fu**ed.

The US and the UK are not all powerful but simply nations with their strengths and weaknesses. If this war on terrorism has taught us anything it is that we are not invincible. This does not mean I do not think we will pervade, it just means we should not be hubris and expect a long tough battle ahead. Caution and not underestimating ones enemy is always a prudent policy.

Eventually they all get caught, but look how long it took us to catch the Uni bomber. It took us 11 years to catch Eric Robert Rudolph (domestic terrorist), and these two were here in America where we have more resources and contacts.

Why not ? Pakistan is such a rogue state, it will never allow Osama to be handed over to US / UK. They even perform joint operations and not allow US/UK to have their army in their territory without their troupes.
