My I-94 & L1-B Visa is expiring on 15th Dec 2006. I had already applied for renewal of L1-B petition and waiting for the approval notice.

Can i get a new I-94 with my renewed L1-B status without going out of US? Please let me the procedure and the USCIS website URLs providing this information and the Form which i need to submit.

Also is there any possibility that i would get a new I-94 card along with my L1-B approval notice?

Thanks

You won't need an new I-94 as long as you have the I-797 Notice of Approval that will come to you when your extension of stay is approved.
