Bush and the conservatives have continously taken advantage of 9/11 and the victims of 9/11 for their own political agenda. They don't appear to have much respect for the 9/11 victims. They only see an opportunity and take it, as they step on the graves of the victims of 9/11.

Some pretty bazaar stuff comes from this site. Scares me to find out there are so many people who should be locked up in a funny farm instead of roaming freely among normal people.
Talk about terror!

I didn't vote for Bush either time but I don't think he was gloating. I do agree the Republicans play the terrorism card too often.

He's laughing under his breath the whole time. He makes jokes about it in private. He calls the policemen and firemen morons for running to the scene instead of away. He doesn't believe there were enough people annihilated though. He was hoping for a lot more.

9-11 saved his Presidency. Without it -- and the resultant FEAR CARD -- he would never have been re-elected. Even then, his administration is perhaps one of the most inept, corrupt, and unpopular since President Harding's.
