I don't think so at all. I think our founders would be disappointed.
Equality gets a no because of the class prejudism (rich versus poor).
Rights have improved somewhat for women and black people (in that they get to vote now), but nothing much more.
Liberty also gets a thumbs down!
Democracy would get at a thumbs up.
Opportunity I think is poor in this country. If you don't come from high society, you don't get very far. Compared to other countries it may be better, but it falls short of the Declaration of Independence.

No, we've done a pretty crappy job, starting from the Sedition and Alien acts to slaveyr to the Red Scare to today. We're humans...we can't hope to achieve perfection, especially with such noble and abstract ideals...

no in fact the way the country is run was never the way it was planned by the founding fathers with democrats and republicans and all the other partys. it is simply the way it has been done for so long that we all accept it now.
