Lol... you can but those things at a health store. I had a teacher that would do that all the time and his family uses them. They work great, I do not know what they are called some kind of ear candle. What it does is sucks the wax and build up out of your ear and cleans it out 100%. Hope this helped!

THere is a type of soft candle that can be placed in the ear like this and when you burn it it releases wax into the ear and when you pull out the wax it pulls out all the wax and grime in your ear.
