NO! unless you are in a position to legally ask to see their papers, you will never know if someone is in this country illegally. Unless of course you listen/participate in the vast variety of lies that filter thru the grapevine!

I can usually tell with the hispanic people only cause I've been exposed to them alot. I'm sure if i was exposed to other races more I would be able to tell with them too.

I think some of them give themselves away very visibly.... by actions, dress, language, and ignorance of our country.
One might not call it correctly 100% of the time, but who cares... illegal aliens are criminals and must be deported along with their children.
