first of all why would a 12 yr. old's sexual preference be in question. and i dont think anyone can determine whether or not they're straight or gay unless they have "done it". meaning virgins shouldn't fret about stuff like this. your young and NOONE should be harrassing you about sex. it's insane. be a kid! when you're 33 and paying bills, and dealing with serious issues like taxes, politics, relationships, maybe even a wife, husband or kids THEN you'll wish you maintained your childhood, instead of jumping the gun to grow up.

There is a new saying now that if they do not like what you are saying or a particular thing they will say "your gay" or "that is gay". If that is not the case and they continue calling you gay then I suggest you come back with some come backs like " your sister knows that I am not gay" or "Don't be hating me because you know that I am a chick magnet and they all want me" be creative with what you say. They will probably laugh and stop.

Don't worry about it, they just call people that for no reason. But getting a girlfriend will help. Pretty girlfriends will help the most, but almost any will do.
There isn't anything wrong with being gay, though, so don't be hating on anyone!

iim 14 and have ahd the same problem for quite some time. furthermore my last name rymes with gay so i get it even more. i know everyone tells you this but if you smile and life ignore them or just agree...there will be rumors for aobut a month and a half and then no one will do it anymore (unless u cave during the rumors)

just ignore people when they say mean things and dont let the names people call u bother u!some people in this world use insulting as a way to get attention but they just make themselves look like fools!

Ignore them...are they picking on you because you are new, or you have better clothes or maybe a better life than they do???? Do not let people like that bother you. They pick on you because they have low self esteem and it makes them feel better if they can pick on someone else so they forget about their own problems.

In school when my friends and i thought someone was gay that stuck with them until we saw them dating someone. Still to this day there is one person we call gay because they have never went out with a guy and is always flirting with girls.
So my advice is find someone to date, because just hanging out with the oposite sex doesnt do it.
