I think so. Imagine if I walk into a bar full of smokers. Sit down and order a beer. Every few seconds I take a sip of beer and then spit it back out all over everything and everyone around me. How would that situation turn out. Smoking in a public place is the same.

"Having a smoking section in a restaurant is like having a peeing section in a swimming pool."

They don't have the 'right' to smoke in a restaurant, they have been given permission by the owner to do so.

Except for instances of statutes (ban on indoor smoking in areas), what the owner wants is what the owner gets. If he says customers can smoke, they can smoke. When you enter private property you don't have all the rights you think you do.

All you have is the right not to have your own rights violated, and being exposed to smoke in an establishment that allows smoking is not a violation of them.

It's about personal property rights, and statutes.

Yes , why not? If we are forced to smell their vile disgusting fumes and vapors that have been proven to damage the other persons lungs , then why shouldn't we make them smell our vile fumes and vapors? see how they like having to breathe something inside there bodies just because I said so. Bunch of ignorant morons. To stupid to stop slowly killing themselves but insist on slowly killing other people and their children with the poisons they are so hell bent on blowing into the air.
