None. It is all about political will of all belligerent parties to achieve the peace needed that will decide the outcome of the conflict--with or without the Darfur Agreement. Do the parties really need the outside pressure of the African Union, or for that matter, the United Nations to talk and practice peace? Everybody must have had enough of the problems brought by the conflicts.
